After 2 1/2 months of chiropractic care at Johnson Spinal Care Associates I am feeling much better.

I was diagnosed about 15 years ago with fibromyalgia and have tried many different prescription medications at different doses, other chiropractors and physical therapy to help with my symptoms.  I went into my medical doctor and requested that he help me wean off the two drugs which I had been taking morning and night for 15 years for fibromyalgia. He was very helpful and referred me to a naturalistic doctor to support me on the nutritional end and she then recommended  I go to Johnson Spinal Care Associates to help with my complaints of fatigue, headaches, pain in my hands, legs, feet and upper back and neck.

It was a commitment on my part to undertake this treatment plan since I had to travel 1 3/4 hours to get to the office from my home.  It was worth it and I plan on continuing as needed.

I have been in alignment and held my adjustment for the last 3 weeks and I am feeling well.  I have no pain in my legs, feet and hands and the pain in my upper back and neck are almost completely gone.  I don't have the headaches that I had on an average 3 times a week which would wake me up at night.  What a relief!! It is great to feel like I have control over somethings that I felt so helpless with for so many years.

I first came to Johnson Spinal Care Associates on Sept 24. I was dizzy and had a terrible headache.  After I had x-rays done the doctor told me why I felt so bad and that he could help.  I had been in a car accident in 1976 and had never felt the same.  Lots of shoulder and neck pain and on top of that I suffered with fibromyalgia.

My first adjustment was Sept 26 and remarkably I felt better even though more adjustments were needed.  

Today I feel great. I have had the best days, even friends have noticed the difference in me.  I'm not in pain and I'm feeling better than ever.

My name is Lynn A. I suffered from chronic fatigue for approximately 9 years.  I had flu like symptoms that often would leave me in bed for days at a time.  This was all occurring during a time in which my girls were growing up and I knew I could never have this time back.  I was also taking care of 8-10 kids at a daycare. Each year I found myself getting progressively more sick. In 2002 I was forced into retiring from daycare because of my poor health. 

During the next 2 years I went into several other chiropractors and saw little if any change.  I also tried a large variety of vitamins that claimed success with CFS. I literally spent hundreds of dollars each moth trying to get well but none of it really helped.

I have had back pain for 20+ years and have been to medical doctors who prescribed drugs and therapy which worked for awhile but never lasted. I then tried a chiropractor who "cracked" my body into shape.  That worked for a few years but I started to experience pain that ran down my leg and felt a knife like pain digging into the lower leg while i walked. It was worse at night and when going up the stairs. A friend who had had terrific back pain started going to Johnson Spinal Care and was remarking how great he felt.  I decided to try it for a year. First I was sleeping better then I started feeling better all over (I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and those symptoms have improved). I realized while walking up the stairs that the pain in my leg was almost gone. My back pain is much better. When I am in alignment I stand straighter and feel good.
