I feel good all of the time! If I'm out of alignment I feel funny. It's hard to describe. I start getting indigestion, which I never have anymore. I get slight nagging headaches- the kind you don't necessarily need Tylenol or aspirin for but you take anyway. Then if I ignore these symptoms it progresses to my arm aching/numb, pain in the shoulder, feet hurting etc. 

Upper cervical care is great and does wonders for me and my life.

I am 42 years old and have a history of scoliosis and irritable bowel syndrome. I also have lingering effects from a whiplash injury suffered in 2 car accidents in my late teens and early 20's.
